The Tuition cost for Festival Participants is extremely competitive: (EUR) €1,400.00 + an application fee of €50.00. Use this converter tool to estimate the cost in your currency.
The Application Fee will be paid after filling out the application form, due March 10, 2018. If you are accepted, the Tuition can be split in two installments: deposit (€700.00) by March 30 and balance (€700.00) by April 10. You can also pay the amount in full by March 30. If the application is submitted by January 31, a 5% (€70.00) discount will be applied on the tuition paid in full by March 30. Failure to pay the tuition within the deadlines will automatically mean losing your place as a festival participant. Please email us a copy of the receipt (info@amicafest.com) as soon as you make your payment, so that we know when the payment has been made.
REFUNDS
• The Application Fee is non-refundable.
• Tuition Fee refunds for cancellation will be honored upon receipt of written notification according to what follows. Cancellations within 60 days to the festival starting day will result in a €150.00 penalty; cancellations within 45 days to the festival starting day will result in a €250.00 penalty. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the festival starting day will be charged the entire amount of the tuition fee. No refunds are available for partial use of program.

The participation to AmiCaFest as an Auditor or a Guest costs (EUR) €400.00 + an application fee of €50.00. Use this converter tool to estimate the cost in your currency.
